Truffle Risotto

The Zigante Tartufi Truffle Risotto, available in a 175g box, is a gourmet product that combines the creamy texture of risotto with the luxurious taste of truffles. This product is designed to serve two people and promises to elevate any dining experience with its rich flavors.

The preparation process is simple and quick, taking about 15 minutes. You need to pour 550 ml of cold water into a pot, add the contents of the bag, and bring it to a boil. Cooking it over medium heat without a lid and stirring occasionally, you'll find the water completely absorbed into a creamy risotto texture. Optionally, butter and cheese can be added for extra richness.

The ingredients include 77% parboiled rice, processed cheese powder (cheese, whey, salt), sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, milk protein), whey, flavorings, potato starch, salt, champignons mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), yeast extract, onion, and a 0.10% inclusion of black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). This product contains milk and may contain traces of wheat, celery, eggs, soy, crustaceans, and molluscs.
